Student Union Elections: Nominate Yourself and Shape the Future! 

Attention all students! 🌟 

The time is coming to elect the next generation of Student Union leaders who will represent YOU and shape the future of student life at our university. Whether you’re passionate about advocating for change, enhancing the academic experience, or making a difference in your community, this is your chance to step up and get involved! 

Are you ready to lead? If you’ve ever thought about becoming a student leader or already see yourself in a leadership role, now is the time to make your mark! 

Available Positions: 

• Student Voice Leaders (Full-Time, Paid): Represent your fellow students in key university decisions and be the lead voice that drives positive change on campus. 

• Liberation Officers (Part-Time, Volunteer): Champion the needs of marginalized communities, working to ensure all voices are heard and supported. 

• Faculty Lead Representatives (Part-Time, Volunteer): Advocate for the academic needs of your faculty, supporting Course Representatives to improve the learning experience for all students. 

• Society Committee Members (Part-Time, Volunteer): Help lead and grow your society, creating exciting events and opportunities for fellow students to get involved and thrive. 

Election Timeline: 

• January 13, 2025: Nominations Open 

• February 17, 2025: Nominations Close 

• February 17, 2025: Manifesto Deadline 

• February 18-20, 2025: Candidate Briefings 

• February 21, 2025: Candidate Approvals 

• February 24, 2025: Campaigning Period Begins 

• March 3, 2025: Voting Opens 

• March 7, 2025: Voting Closes 

• March 8, 2025: Complaints Deadline 

• March 12, 2025: Results Night
