DMU Explorers is a student led society interested in nationwide UK travel and participation in locally organised events and activities. This society is setup with the main aim of getting students to have a cultural experience of the United Kingdom through tours and participation in local activities and events in the Leicester Township.

If you are interested in exploring the UK and some sites you have never been to or never even heard of....this is the society for you to join and get involved to do just that! If you are an International Student this society is a great opportunity to meet other students, make friends whilst venturing on journeys that you might have never imagined!

Tours to Birmingham Christmas Market, Bicester village, Cardiff, Bath and maybe even Scotland and Wales are part of the many activities outlined for the academic year. As this is a student-led society, you are more than welcome to suggest tourist destinations we can visit and it will be considered by other members of the society.
