With the recent successes of DMU Saints, De Montfort’s cheerleading squad is rapidly establishing itself as one of the UK’s top University teams within their divisions.
In 2017 DMU Saints completed the year with Coed Level 2 winning their regional division and All girl Level 1 winning their national division making the Saints 'Grand' champions for the third year running!
In addition to these achievements, every year De Montfort students attempt to defeat our rivals from the sports teams at the university across the city in the annual Leicester varsity matches.
Weve continued this trend, always placing top 3, right up until 2025<3
