    How will you make a difference?We are offering an exciting project-based volunteer opportunity focused on enhancing our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Employer Branding strategy, with a particular focus on Clinical roles such as Nursing. You will play a key part in shaping how we attract and retain talent by helping to define what makes us an employer of choice.

    What will you be doing?

    • Research and analyse our current EVP to identify what sets LOROS apart, with specific regards to other healthcare employers.
    • Use insights from the research to develop clear and compelling employer brand guidance that will be used to communicate our value to potential and current employees.
    • Implement this brand strategy across various platforms, by claiming and optimising our Glassdoor and Indeed pages. ·
    • Review employee reviews, postings, and feedback, and help devise responses that reflect LOROS values. ·
    • Encourage engaged employees to leave reviews and testimonials to boost our employer presence online.
    • This opportunity will allow you to contribute meaningfully to how we engage with both potential and current colleagues, ensuring our employer brand aligns with our values and mission

We’re looking for creative and motivated young volunteers to help us produce a digital book that celebrates the 40th anniversary of our hospice and honours the incredible role volunteers have played over the years.This project is a unique opportunity to develop your skills, make a real difference, and be part of something special.

    Our hospice is rich with stories that highlight the care we provide and the

    difference our volunteers make. With your skills, you will help create a digital book

    telling the stories of our volunteers and how they have helped shape and support the

    charity since we opened our doors in 1985!

    This + That is our brand new store, built around sustainable fashion and social conscience. Housed in a new roomy premises on the High Street in Leicester, the two floor store will reflect our focus on sustainability.

    About this role

    This is an exciting new retail opportunity. LOROS shops generate a huge amount of income from the sale of donations, helping us to make a huge impact to the care we provide to patients and families.

    We are recruiting over 50 volunteers to help run the largest charity store in Leicester town centre. Based on the High Street, this brand new store will attract a busy footfall, we are looking for volunteers that can help is with the general tasks below, but also have an eye for fashion and presentation of stock, perhaps you can also help with creating content for our social media channels?
